The hotel offer includes:

• Late chek out at 4:00 p.m. on leaving day (subject to availability);
• Controlled parking near the hotel (€ 3,00 per day)
• Possibility to take one's meals in a nearby restaurant/pizzeria from noon to 2:00 p.m. and from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. with a discount of 10%-15% on their pricelist.

Terms and Conditions:

• Offer valid only for online booking;
• Offer valid for 4 nights minimum stay;
• The reservation with special offers is confirmed at the receipt of the credit card details (number, holder, expire date). The hotel has the right to draw a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay (minimum sum € 100,00). Otherwise the deposit must be sent by bank transfer. Reservations without deposit will not be considered nor warranted.
• Reservations with special offers can be subject to restrictions concerning cancellation policy and payment.
• Unless othervise indicated, only one offer applies and depends from the availability.
• The reservation do not provide repayment for not showing the day you reserved, less people than you reserved.
• In case of later arrival or early departure, except proved causes beyond control, the guest shall be charged the ammount of the full stay to a maximum of three days.
• The reservation can be cancelled without any charge until 2.00 p.m. of 7 days before arrival by e-mail or fax. After that date the penalty will be the amount of the full stay.
