What is included in the room rate?

Room rates include: buffet breakfast, parking, access to the private beach, use of lounge chairs on the beach, beach towel, bike rental, tax, complimentary wireless internet access throughout the Hotel.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and CartaSi, American Express and Diners.

Is it safe to pay by credit card?

Since all sensitive data are encrypted to keep them protected, the hotel room reservation process is very safe.

Your credit card details (number and expiration date) are required to guarantee your reservation. The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card prior to arrival by pre-authorizing the price of one night stay, as a guarantee in case of late cancellation or no show. Reservations made with credit cards that are incorrect, invalid or missing details will not be confirmed – and therefore not guaranteed.

How can I cancel/modify my reservation?

All reservations made through our website, except special promotions, can be changed or cancelled by 4pm up until the day prior to arrival without penalty.

For all other offers, please refer at all times to the individual cancellation policy.

What happens in case of no show, early departure, late cancellation or changes?

In case of no show, early departure and/or change/cancellation after 4pm of the day prior to arrival, a penalty of up to 3 nights’ accommodation will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

What time is check in/check out?

Check in time is 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and check out time is 11 am. If you have any special request, please notify our staff beforehand- they’ll be delighted to help.

Free amenities such as private beach and parking place are available only from the check in time until the check out time.

Do you have parking facilities? What is the cost?

Private parking is exclusively available to all our guests free of charge.

Do you provide baby cribs in the room? What is the cost?

Yes, when you travel with a baby a comfortable crib can be arranged in the room at the additional cost of 10 euros per night.

Do your rates include breakfast?

Yes, our American buffet breakfast, with a wide choice of sweet and savory items, is included in the rate.

When is breakfast served?

Our buffet breakfast is served every morning between 7.30 am and 10.30am.

Can you accommodate guests with special dietary needs?

In order to meet the special dietary needs of our guests we offer organic and gluten-free products.

Does Hotel Diana provide internet access?

Wireless internet access is available in the rooms and throughout the Hotel free of charge for the duration of the stay. Please contact Reception to obtain your password and enjoy limitless, complimentary internet access. Wireless internet access is absolutely free for our guests at Hotel Diana.

Do you allow pets in the Hotel?

Only small pets are allowed, at an extra charge of € 5,00 per day. However, pets are not allowed in the breakfast room or anywhere near the restaurant. For the rooms occupied by animals an extra cleaning service is provided following the stay, at the cost of € 25 per room. Our staff will be happy to assist you with any special request.
